Vista la tua risposta, in italiano esistono diverse possibilità per rendere "übernehmen", purtroppo... Poi esiste definitvamente il dilemma di "bestätigen" (confermare) e "übernehmen" (di nuovo confermare?).

Nel tuo caso proporrei:

"....devono essere confermati premendo ENTER e sucessivamente acquisiti premendo il tasto F3"

Alessandra, io direi "conferma con ... e poi con ...". Anche secondo me "applica" è un termine di Windows. A mio parere in italiano si direbbe così.

Du kannst eine Änderung bestätigen, solange Du sie aber nicht übernimmst, wird sie nicht aktiv.
