Die Dachform entwickelt sich aus der räumlichen Situation mit dem aufgesetzten Sitzungssaal, der Zuschnitt erzeugt spannende, großzügige Raumsituationen - auf ein Flachdach oder sonstige herkömmliche Dachformen wird verzichtet. Der Außenraum wird im ergänzend zum bestehenden Dorfplatz zurückhaltend und natürlich belassen.
