agree  Sylvain Leray: oui, il dépote, quoi ! "large" d'après le Langenscheidt, pour un vin je dirais que "ample" convient... "long en bouche", c'est pas la même chose ? (je n'ai jamais compris ce que ça voulait dire)

  -> « Long en bouche », c'est plutôt la persistance aromatique (le temps pdt lequel il te fait des choses, quoi), mesuré en caudalies (c'est d'un snob, vu que la caudalie égale une seconde…), 20 à 30 s pour les meilleurs
