Je sèche totalement sur ce terme. Je suis partie sur l'idée que Freiräume signifiait l'autonomie du personnel, et peut-être est-ce à cause de cela que je ne retombe pas sur mes pieds.
Qui a une petite idée pour éclairer ma lanterne.

en effet pour "Freiräume", j'aurais pensé à l'idée d'emploi du temps. D'où les formes de travail qui passent très bien.
