restriction ou ligation Explanation: Pareil en français qu'en anglais (ou all.) La restriction est la coupure de l'ADN en des sites de séquence définie par une "endonucléase de restriction". Par exemple, l'enzyme de restriction EcoRI coupe l'ADN à la séquence G'AATTC (l'apostrophe désignant l'endroit de la coupure). La ligation (par la ligase) est la création d'une liaison bout-à-bout entre deux fragments d'ADN, typiquement des fragments de restriction. (Ceci pour la DNA ligase; il existe d'autres ligases) J'ai une longue pratique de laboratoire de ce genre d'exercice |
