  -> La formulation allemande me semble inutilement compliquée et j'en laisserais tomber un bon bout en français :-)

agree  1jour2reves: Pour moi, inclinées et se chevauchant ne sont pas contraires, je pense que les tranches sont posées en rond, décalées les unes par rapport aux autres, donc inclinées (à cause de l'épaisseur de la tranche) et se chevauchent.

Chacune comprend autre chose alors :-))
Ma version serait : les tranches ne sont ni à plat ni debout (debout serait difficile...) mais inclinées.
La notion de "se chevaucher" est exacte, seulement elle se trouve dans la mention "aufgefächert" plutôt que "angewinkelt".

agree  1jour2reves: Je pense que la position penchée va de soi, je le laisserais tomber en français, des tranches se chevauchant sont forcément + ou - inclinées à cause de l'épaisseur de la tranche (Pastetenscheiben, donc des tranches épaisses)

neutral  hirselina: Oui mais les tomates ne sont pas "kreisrund aufgefächert". SI toute l'assiette est pleine, je ne dirais pas "en éventail".
