Contexte : toujours mes désinfectants corporels pour plaies (bain de bouche, spray pour plaies, solution désinfectante pour plaies, gel pour plaies, etc). C'est la notice d'emploi basique qu'on trouve dans la boite qui contient le tube ou le flacon.

Autant dire franchement que je n'y comprends rien, et que j'ai atteint la limite de mes connaissances en chimie, et de ma capacité à distinguer le vrai du faux dans mes recherches sur internet.

Comme piste, j'ai :
"L'oxygène naissant, activé/actif ou atomique est une composante importante du métabolisme cellulaire."

Pour "activierter Sauerstoff", il semble que le texte allemand parle ici du vrai atome d'oxygène, et qu'il ne s'agit pas d'une expression "false friend".
