quelle est la différence entre les termes "Grundrisse" et "Baupläne" que l'on propose d'adopter respectivement ?

"Baupläne", ce sont les "plans". "Grundrisse", ce sont les "dessins", le "design" de la maison ? J'avoue ne pas saisir le sens précis de la seconde partie de la phrase...
