neutral  Erik Macki: "Stronger sex" would not be a socially aware marketing expert's first choice, but "get in touch with their bodies" works OK.

-> It's tongue-in-cheek as much as 'Herren der Schöpfung' is. Lighten up, Erik

Koerpergefühl des 21. Jahrhunderts
menswear for the third millennium

Explanation:
[Company name]: innovative gentlemen's attire for the 21st century.

or, simpler and snappier:

[Company name]: menswear for the third millennium.

"gentlemen's attire" is positively archaic, and "menswear" is slightly-jokily slightly-out-of-date. Maybe this is a way of carrying over the connotations of "Herren der Schöpfung"?

Something like this might work, but it does depend on the clothes, the company, the context and the image they're trying to project.

Cf. "Duffer of St. George"

In any case, I think a free translation is unavoidable. "Koerpergefuehl" is practically untranslatable, because it's strictly redundant marketing-babble. (For what else are you supposed to feel with, if not with your body?)

P.S. Just tried a literal translation:

\"an innovative company that aims to help \'the Lords of Creation\' to acquire the body-feeling of the 21st century\"

This is not going to sell any clothes in Britain or the States.
