Then there is a table with headings such as "Fasergarne", "Endlosgarne", "Effektgarne"...

Explanation:
Es handelt es sich bei dem Begriff wohl nicht um ein Compound, sondern um zwei nicht genug voneinander abgesetzte Begriffe als Überschrift: Einsprung - Längung.
Einsprung = Einlaufen
Beides sind ja eigentlich gegenteilige Probleme, die nach der Wäsche auftauchen können.
Zum Einspringen passen dann auch die Restschrumpfwerte, dh. zusätzliches Einspringen beim Dämpfen. Die Tabelle gibt dann die Werte für die verschiedenen Garne an.

Mit Hilfe des Lunometers kann nun eine derartige Prozedur vereinfacht werden. Dabei arbeitet man mit derselben Waschvorschrift. Man verzichtet jedoch auf die Aufzeichnung des Quadrats auf das Muster, sondern bestimmt lediglich vor und nach der Waesche mit dem Lunometer die Faden- bzw. Maschenzahl an verschiedenen Stellen des Musters und berechnet daraus die Massaenderung (Einsprung oder Laengung) in Prozent.
