(My first thought was "inner trim", but a Google check found no use of the term in a textiles or fashion context )

innards

Explanation:
There is more at stake here than just the lining - all the various pockets, labels and trimmings which are visible when the wearer casually flaps his jacket open.
"Innards" is an ironic use to fit the tone of the extract. "Innenausstattung" is also slightly unusual in this contect (usually in cars, appartments)

neutral  Tom Feise: Innenausstattung is common in German, while innards is right next to entrails, hardly ever flapped open IYKWIM, maybe linings and trimmings would be best

-> Thanks for the imput, Tom, perhaps my answer is a bit on the "gutty" side. The main thing is that more than the mere lining is involved.

inner/interior decor

Explanation:
it is more than just the lining but encompasses the entire appearance of the inside of the jacket (pockets, labels, washing instructions, etc.)

disagree  Kim Metzger: In English, 'decor' is usually used in connection with interior design - rooms, offices, etc. Not suits. http://www.audioenglish.net/dictionary/decor.htm
