Die anwendungstechnische Prüfung erfolgte unter praxisnahen Bedingungen in einer Haushaltswaschmaschine (Typ: Zanker EA 1000). Hierzu wurden die Maschinen mit 3,5 kg normal verschmutzter Haushaltswäsche (Bettwäsche, Tischwäsche, Leibwäsche) und 0,5 kg Testgewebe beschickt. Two things threw me off: I found it hard to believe that you could make cloth from nettle and the idea that something that was supposed to be made of nettle is actually 100% cotton.

agree  Sabine Akabayov, PhD: might be an option as well since nowadays nettle cloth is not really made from nettle anymore. However, you forgot the part about "Bleich"
