This is taken from a series of requirements imposed on a supplier of fabrics. One of the sections reads:

"Naehte:
Naehte sind rechtwinklig zur Kante und mit einer Ueberwendlingnaht auszufuehren. Nicht aufmachungsbedingte Naehte entsprechen einem Fehler. Die Anzahl der aufmachungsbedingten Naehte wird im Auftrag geregelt."

"Aufmachung" crops up again a few lines later in the following section - not sure if this is related:

"Versand und Aufmachung:
Rollenlaenge max. 700 m
Huelseninnendurchmesser 75 mm"
