Asker: I have just discovered I put "eyelet belt" before, in this translation. It is a circular loom and this site is about one; the terms "eyelet" and "belt" are used: http://www.indiamart.com/suryaenterprise/

Asker: Sorry - belay that! That was for "ÖsenBAND". I am still after "Ösenbogen".
