German term or phrase: kuschelig angerauht
context: children's pants

"Verdreht-sich-nicht“-Sweatqualität, innen kuschlig angerauht in 70 % Baumwolle, 30 % Polyester.

I was planning on using: "no-twist" sweatshirt quality, soft-textured on the inside for comfort.

Can anyone tell me if I'm off track with that, or suggest something better?

TIA, Beth

snug / cosy fleece
Explanation:
on the inside.

To give the idea of texture.

Are we talking trousers or underpants?! (Just suddenly occured to me that if these are pants, as in underpants, sweatshirt and fleece is not really very appropriate, unless it's heavy duty thermals!)

From your note they sound like jogging bottoms...easy to pull on and off etc, so fleeced is in context!

Ended up using "brushed snuggly soft inside", which I found in the Land's End Kids catalog.
