So erfolgt bei Firma X die direkte Belieferung der Läden über das Zentrallager in Frankreich nach einem strikten Rhythmus zweimal wöchentlich. Die Kleidungsstücke werden in der Zentrale bespreist und an Kleiderständern ausgliefert, dies ermöglicht eine schnelle Bereitstellung der Ware direkt im Geschäft. Das Geschäft verzichtet somit auf ein Lager. Stammkunden wissen genau wann die neuen Lieferungen kommen und suchen die Geschäfte an diesen Tagen auf. Die Läden müssen zu fest definierten Zeiten die Bestellungen zweimal wöchentlich ***aufgeben***.
