Güte und Transparenz der Informationen von ABC ... bei der Berichterstattung zum technischen Projektverlauf"

From the project management section of a customer satisfaction survey. Those completing the survey have to check on a scale of 1 to 5 how true the above statements are for them. The above is one of the statements. I don't understand what is meant by "technischer Projektverlauf". Is it just "course of a technical project"? Or does "technisch" pertain to the Verlauf bit? TIA for helping me solve this conundrum and find an elegant natural-sounding solution.
