German term or phrase: auftragserteilung
Im übrigen gelten die allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen in der bei Auftragserteilung gültigen Fassung.

I got lots of problems here. 1. First, im übrigen - certainly not "by the way"
2. Does AGB translate as "General Business Terms"?
3. Lastly, ...Autragserteilung - "...the version valid at the time the order is placed" - what do you guys think?

placing of the order

Explanation:
Zu Ihren Fragen:
1. "Im übrigen" meint hier: Ergänzend gelten ...
2. ja, oder auch: general terms and conditions; standard business terms
3. ja, ich lese auch häufiger nur: "... as amended", aber mit dem Zusatz "at the time the order is placed" ist es sicherlich korrekt.

I would go with

Im übrigen = otherwise, in all other aspects
