This term appears in a table listing various departments in a company. I think it must have something to do with the creation or submission of orders, but I can't confirm this. Thanks in advance for any ideas.

Thanks for the suggestion, John. I am still not totally convinced that this is correct in this particular instance, but it could be. It's a department name, so it would have to be something like Planning/Drafting. I am going to ask the client to clarify.
