disagree  thefastshow: work placement meint eher "Praktikum" // nee, ist Brit. English für Praktikum - zudem da steht was von Ausbildung im Text, also Arbeit - thus not convinced.

  -> Praktikum - heißt das nicht eher "internship"? Im angegebenen Kontext (young person w. mental challenges) ist "work placement" ok, finde ich
