German term or phrase: Verrechnungssicherheit
Patients are given questions to answer about their coping strategies for mental illness. This is part of the discussion of statistical validity of the results:

I am translating Auswertungsobjektivität as "objectivity of evaluation."

Explanation:
Appears to be what is meant here. Generally, Auswertungsobjektivität can be either "scoring objectivity" (the extent to which different scorers arrive at the same result for a particular respondent) or "evaluation objectivity" (the extent to which different people interpret a particular result in the same way). I have usually come across Verrechnungssicherheit as meaning something like "security against miscalculation" - the extent to which the design of the test prevents the scorer making errors in totting up a respondent's score - but here it is clearly not referring to arithemetical calculations but to whether patients' responses are reliably assigned to the "correct" categories. (Verrechnen obviously has the two possible meanings of "to miscalculate" and "to allocate" - here it is specifically stated to mean "Zuordnung", so I would go with a word like "classification".)

An alternative translation of Auswertungsobjektivität could be Scoring Objectivity, Objective Scoring, as suggested in this glossary

It’s definitely a synonym of Auswertungsobjektivität:
