This is talking about the risks of WLAN radiation and the characteristics associated with the alpha waves in the brain:

"ein Zeichen für Aufnahmefähigkeit, Merkfähigkeit, Kreativität, Phantasie und Intuition, sanftes, spielerisches Umgehen mit sich und der Welt,"

Currently I've got "playful behaviour with yourself", but I'm not sure that really expresses what is meant by the German and fear that it may even be misunderstood as a double entendre.
