"Harmoniesucht" in German is implicitly negative, so my first reaction was to go along with Anne-Marie Grant -"harmony at any price" but "harmony at any price" only has a few hundred hits in google- the much more usual expression is "peace at any price" and I think the nearest to "Harmoniesucht".
