As can be clearly seen from the results (presented) in the tables above, none of the blades examined produces any measurable degree of injury.

in light of your additional info forget anything with "injury" ... probably something like "protrusion"

I think protusion might work for Exposition, even though we actually went with exposure. "At" should be correct for the 2nd instance of bei I had a doubt about as for this sort of meaning of the German preposition AFAIK it's the only way to go. But then, I am not an English-speaking physicist or patent attorney (these people are engineers, by the way, not German attorneys/Rechtsanwälte).
