Adding 'patent' or 'protection' is extraneous and not concise, and as conciseness of phrasing is a requirment for patents, extraneous wording should be avoided like the plague. Abfassung der Schutzansrpüche would be the legaly specified formulation of the claims, which causes difficulty for inexperienced applicants. |
