neutral  wrtransco: das stimmt insofern "erfinderische Tätigkeit" (inventive step) die neue off. Bezeichnung für Erfindungshöhe ist, da wir aber den Kontext nicht kennen u. nicht die neue Bezeichnung (e. T) gefragt war, fand ich meinen Vorschlag richtiger.
