Patentanspruch 2 listet zusätzlich zu den Merkmalen des Hauptanspruchs die typischen Komponenten eines Frame-Transfer-CCD-Bildaufnehmers auf. Diese sind jedoch dem zuständigen Fachmann aus seinem Fachwissen bekannt (vgl beispielsweise die Fig 2 in Druckschrift (3)). Es liegt in dessen ***Griffbereich*** und ist ihm deshalb nahe gelegt, den Multi-Shutter-Betrieb gemäß Druckschrift (1) oder (2) auch mit FT-CCDs zu realisieren.

Der zuständige Fachmann, der ausgehend von der Druckschrift (1) den dort offenbarten "Multi-Shutter"-Betrieb mit ihm aus seinem Fachwissen bekannten FT-CCD-Sensoren realisieren möchte, gelangt durch einfach fachmännische Maßnahmen, die in seinem ***Griffbereich*** liegen, zu einer Lösung entsprechend dem vorliegenden Patentanspruch 9. Aufgrund seiner Aufgabenstellung, Helligkeits- und Farbflackern zu verhindern, ist es ihm dabei nahe gelegt, ähnlich wie bei der aus Druckschrift (1) bekannten Aufgabenstellung der Rauschreduktion die Signalladungen der beiden Belichtungsperioden durch Ladungsakkumulatoren zu addieren.
