With regard to "Verwirklichung", I again referred to the Dictionary of Patent and Trade Mark Terms by Uexküll which admittedly does not include the noun but translates "verwirklichen" as "to realize". Langenscheidt's Business Dictionary also gives "realization".

Thanks for your help! But I am not entirely sure that this is the answer since in a decision there was a length discussion regarding the difference between wörtliche und wortsinnsinngemäße Ausführung.
