Literal embodiment Explanation: Wortsinngemäß is shown as "literal" or "identical" in the Dictionary of Patent and Trade Mark Terms by Uexküll. "Ausführung" is general translated as "embodiment" in patentese. The alternative in this case, perhaps, could be "literal realisation" if "Verwirklichung" is substituted for "Ausführung". -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 22 hrs (2007-03-18 19:54:04 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Gudrun With regard to "Verwirklichung", I again referred to the Dictionary of Patent and Trade Mark Terms by Uexküll which admittedly does not include the noun but translates "verwirklichen" as "to realize". Langenscheidt's Business Dictionary also gives "realization". |
