Edition Meisel & Co GmbH (see below for explanation)

Explanation:
You don't translate company names ever.

If the customer really needs to know what the company objective is:
put "Edition Meisel & Co GmbH (publisher)".

As it is not a company law nor an accounting translation, the customer will probably not need to be given nor be interested in an approx. equivalent for the legal form in addition to your quoting the original legal form, which I think is a GmbH (approx. equivalent to an English private company limited by shares) registered in the companies' section of the commercial register (HRB) that mentions only one founding shareholder in the company name (here: Mr or Ms/Mrs Meisel) and "subsumes" the other (possibly partially non-founding) shareholders under the term "Compagnie" (which means co-shareholders).

Example sentence(s):
  • Die Bezeichnung Edition führen auch manche Verlage im Namen.

neutral  writeaway: no explanation really needed. answer was fully covered in d box. this is a repeat of what was said. /superfluous in this case I fear. It's a basic rule of translation: company names are not translated.
