An eine Übersetzung ins Englische traue ich mich nicht ran, aber hier wenigstens eine Erklärung der Kürzel:

TSK = Teilstreitkraft
WtSTFF ??? = Vielleicht : Wtg/WaStff Wartungs- und Waffenstaffel
HFlgWaS = Heeresfliegerwaffenschule

Diese Kürzel findest Du auch in dem angegebenen Link...
