German term or phrase: 1-Gefäßerkrankung
Koronare 1-Gefäßerkrankung mit unter linksventrikulärer Funktion.

Mit ist schon klar, dass es sich bei 1-Gefäßerkrankung um eine Einteilung des Schweregrads der koronaren Herzkrankheit handelt, allerdings bin ich mir über den englischen Begriff im unklaren.

Das "unter" macht mir hier auch zu schaffen.

Vielen Dank für die Hilfe!

one vessel disease
Explanation:
I have always used this term in my translations.

The "mit unter.." is certainly confusing, it does not sound like a grammatically correct German sentence. Maybe it should say "One vessel disease with left ventricular function".

it can also be spelled with a hyphen:
one-vessel disease
(both are common and correct)

Comment to Joanna: Ich stimme zu, dass es in diesem Zusammenhang nicht \"und unter\" heißen kann sondern wohl eher \"mit guter\" heißen muss.

After a bit more researching, I went with single-vessel disease and decided to go with "guter" instead of "unter". Thanks to all! I appreciate your help.

agree  Joannex: Bei "unter" geht es höchstwahrscheinlich um "mit guter ..." - ein Tippfehler. Andere Möglichkeiten wären "mit leichtgradig-... ", "mit mittelgradig- ..." oder "mit hochgradigeingeschränkter...", die sind aber viel zu lang ...// "und unter" paßt nicht

agree  Siegfried Armbruster: one vessel disease - the rest is guesswork - there is a long journey in the "Reise nach Jerusalem" from "unter" to "guter"
