This is from a clinical trial protocol. there are 45 patient in the treatment group and 30 in the control group who are injected with saline solution.

I do not understand the use of the word Power here:

30 in der Gruppe mit Applikation von Kochsalzlösung, mehr als 99 % Power ergeben, um einen signifikanten Unterschied zwischen den beiden Behandlungsgruppen aufzuzeigen.
