Als Ergebnismenge oder Stichprobenraum bezeichnet man im mathematischen Teilgebiet der Stochastik die Menge aller möglichen Ergebnisse (Resultate) eines Zufallsexperiments oder eines Zufallsvorgangs, die Menge aller Elementarereignisse. Für einen Würfelwurf ist die Ergebnismenge beispielsweise {1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6}. Als Formelzeichen verwendet man meist Ω.

Eine beliebige Teilmenge der Ergebnismenge wird gewöhnlich als Ereignis bezeichnet.
