cross-divisional units Explanation: Cross-sectional is a bit too literal for my tastes. I guess it depends on what the Querschnitt bridges, but divisions are typical for business entities. If you don't want to repeat again later with "operational units," you might say "cross-divisional teams." http://uk.biz.yahoo.com/040316/80/eopk1.html He joins Goldmans as a managing director.
