agree  Matt Goldstein: This is a great wording, but I'd go with "managerial responsibility" for "Führungsverantwortung" personally. "Leadership responsibility" sounds clunky and is probably too literal.

After thinking about it, "responsibility to act and (responsibility to) lead" would be good too. Depending on the rest of what's going on with the role-play, this is could be the best way to put it.
