Eine häufige Ursache von Projektkrisen sind unbewältigte Projektrisiken. Krisensituationen können aber auch entstehen,wenn Projektbeteiligte - beim Auftraggeber oder im Projektteam selbst - nicht mehr an den Projekterfolg glauben.
Ist eine Krisensituation eingetreten, spricht man auch von einer „Lösungsunmöglichkeit" für das Projektteam.

Excellent. Thanks. For those who are curious, a "dispositive" impasse is one in which there is no solution for the crisis under the given general project conditions (costs, deadlines, contents).
