This is all still to do with objectives. The only things I have found for PEAR is "Preliminary Environmental Assessment Report" and "PHP Extension and Application Repository". It must be an English acronym and it obviously stands for something to do with assessment or training.... What they mean by "Ätztest" (cauterisation test????) I cannot imagine.
Just to try and help the next 2 sentences listed under this heading are: • Die Ziele, die ich habe, sind für meinen Arbeitsbereich bedeutungsvoll and • Ich bin für die Erreichung meiner Ziele voll motiviert. Over to you.

PEAR hardness test
Explanation:
"Ätztest" I think is used here in the sense of the final test, a hardness test.

PEAR-Test probably refers to an FAS test developed by David Pear, see link below. Its seems the only logical option here.

agree  Ken Cox: I was thinking of 'acid test', but you may be right. I agree that PEAR is probably a proper name (company names and proper names that function in the same way are usually fully capitalised in German).

-> I think "acid test" which is the American way of saying a hardness test, would also be good. Thanks for the input!
