Abgabe der Zollanmeldung und Abfertigung der Ware beim für den Sitz des Empfängers zuständigen Zollamt
Der Empfänger einer Ware gibt (obligatorisch) seine Zollanmeldedaten auf Datenträger bei dem für seinen Sitz zuständigen Zollamt ab. In diesem Stadium handelt es sich noch nicht um eine Zollanmeldung.
Mit Eingang der Waren bei diesem Sitzzollamt und der Registrierung der vorgelegten Papiere wird aus der Vorausanmeldung und den übrigen Zollanmeldedaten eine Zollanmeldung.
