Hallo, nennt Ihr den Autor einer Website "autor" oder "webmaster"? Ist der "webmaster" nur fürs TEchnische oder auch für die INhalte zuständig?

Der Webmaster ist i.d.R. nur für die (technische) Verwaltung des Internet-Auftritts zuständig (kann aber im Einzelfall sicher auch identisch mit dem Autor sein). Zur Unterstützung meines Arguments: Es gibt ja auch "authoring tools" (Autoren-Software zur Erstellung von Websites/Inhalten).

agree  Katrin Suchan: Sehe ich auch so, zumal der Autor ja auch für den Inhalt verantwortlich ist

  -> Im Zusammenhang mit dem Wortlaut des Haftungsausschlusses passt "author", ansonsten könnte man an anderer Stelle auch auf Klaus' Lösung ausweichen.

agree  Klaus Herrmann: Na dann. Ich hatte gedacht, man könnte sich mit "Contents by" oder sowas aus der Affäre ziehen. Aut(h)or kommt mir bei Internetseiten immer komisch vor, aber vielleicht bin ich da auch etwas fossil. // Deswegen die Zustimmung :-)
