change in the business Explanation: ... sounds pretty awful, but that's what they call it at http://ec.europa.eu/employment_social/labour_law/docs/direct... (sister site: http://ec.europa.eu/employment_social/labour_law/docs/direct... Or there's this one: "If a Betriebsänderung (change in the object of an enterprise) according to § 111 Employees'. Representation Act occurs (given the existence of ...) ec.europa.eu/employment_social/labour_law/docs/corporate_restructuring_report_en.pdf I'd steer clear of anything with "plant". "Betrieb" in this context is more probably "enterprise", "company" or "business" -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 Stunde (2006-10-26 16:53:46 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- I've no idea why the end bits of my URLs aren't showing.
