eurotransl (X): UCC cannot be used for this translation; this is the specific US code. But you could say "German UCC"

[German] Code of Commercial Law

Explanation:
The first answerer is correct--even though the second answerer is not wrong. The 'Handelsgesetzbuch' or HGB is specifically German and therefore should have German in the translation. Leaving out 'German' would be tantamount to translating 'The First Amendment' from English into German and leaving out any reference to the American Constitution.

German Commercial Code, etc.

Explanation:
Your translation will, I agree, have to reflect the origin of the code; therefore, you must include "German" or "Austrian" - depending on the origin of your translation.

Uniform Commcercial Code is the specific term used for the US Code and cannot be used by itself for any other national codes. Plus, the "Uniform" part reflects the fact that it is a compilation and harmonisation of the various commercial codes of the individual US states.

The most standard translation for HGB is, and has always been, [German, Austrian, Swiss] Commercial Code - and be sure to capitalise each word.
