German term or phrase: "oeffentlichwirksam"
I don't believe this word actually exists. It is contained in a questionnaire, and posed in this "question" - it is in regards to
Was sind die Hintergründe für die öffentlichwirksame Zeremonie, die ausschließlich die Projekte betreffen, die durch XXX ausgeführt werden.
The word is repeated many times throughout the text which leads me to believe that either I am mistaken, and it is indeed a word, or that the original author is not German. :) Any help?
Thanks.

What about "publicly-effective ceremony"? I thought about it, and then I found this wordly translation in the examples on the site below.

Explanation:
hope that sounds better than the original, alternatively: a highly influential ceremony; that might not really fit the context, though, but as advice, I will tell you that you know who you are translating for and if they have such strange words that suggest that this kind of ceremony will be influential in the first place, then the source where it's coming from must be strange too, it connotates with sects or Nazis and normally, people are happy at ceremonies and don't have to be forced into it, that's my advice!
