This is a description of the activities of political foundations-I understand the words but the combination of "Förderung von Maßnahmen des Dialogs" -"promoting initiatives in international dialogue"(?) sounds woolly to me, maybe the original German is also woolly? What do other people think? suggestions/comments gratefully received.

Thanks very much. I think I'll take this. I was confused by the notion of "promoting measures" but I think as you suggest it is really promoting measures! Yes, there is curely a small mistake in the German too, as you note.

agree  philgoddard: Only a 2? Yes, I think "stehen" is a mistake for "steht", probably because the writer was thinking of the plural "Maßnahmen" rather than the singular "Förderung".
