I think this is absolutely correct. Sorry Derek, I should have posted this under German-German... I have no idea how to switch my question now. In any event, Leitstelle translates as "regional headquarters", "control center" or "head office". In this instance I used "regional headquarters". I'll go ahead and add that to the glossary. Thanks phil for your help!
