Would it actually have been the Beauftragter für englische Angelegenheiten or britische Angelegenheiten?

Asker: Thanks Armorel, but did lirka address the English vs. British issue or just translate literally? Andrew, I don't quite see how this is the same mistake again, even though you make a fair point.
