The Konrad Adenauer Foundation has a tradition of so-called "Wasserwerk-Gespräche". Is there any accepted translation for this? I can't find any in the net. ("Water works talks" sounds daft.)
The context is a programme in which visitors will be involved in German Unity Day events and:


Teilnahme an der Veranstaltung zum Tag der Deutschen Einheit im Rahmen der *Bonner Wasserwerk-Gespräche*

Help much appreciated.

Since the Wasserwerk is a specific venue - also used as a meeting venue for the Bundestag in the 90s - it is recognizable on its own. I would capitalize because I see it as a proper name.
