This comes from part of a document concerning the cost structure of a programme administered by the Austrian Science Fund (FWF). Here is the sentence: "Der FWF entlohnt nach den im öffentlichen Dienst üblichen Sätzen, d.h. ein V1-Gehalt kostet ca EUR 30.000 bis EUR 50.000,-- p.a. (inkl Dienstgeberanteil)." Is this something like "employer contribution"? I sense it may have something to do with pension schemes but am not sure...
