Sadly, I'm not a chess player, and my dictionaries have failed me as well. What does "Blättchenfall" mean in this context (specifying the time parameters for a chess match):

Bedenkzeit beträgt 90 Minuten für 30 Züge, danach 15 Minuten zurück bis zum **Blättchenfall.**

My take so far is:
