Auf deutschen Speisekarten von Restaurants gehobener Klasse findet man vielfach das Wörtchen "an" (z. Bsp. Entenleber an einer Salatharmonie) - übersetzt man dieses "an" eher mit "at" oder mit "on"? Ich habe schon beides gesehen, aber welches ist korrekt?
