German term or phrase: Aufstellwinkel
"Die im Halte- oder Aufstellgriff integrierte Aufstellmechanik ermöglicht einen Aufstellwinkel von 30°, 45° und 70° Neigungswinkel."

This is from a manual on how to use a vehicle diagnosis system. This particular section refers to a tablet PC and the stand-cum-handle at the back of it.

I'm not sure what the difference is between "Neigungswinkel" and "Aufstellwinkel" here and can't think how to differentiate between them.

If anyone can explain this to me and suggest a translation for "Aufstellwinkel", they will have my undying gratitude.

IMO there is no difference
Explanation:
The device has three positioning/working angles. Period.
Either Aufstellwinkel or Neigungswinkel is superfluous.
Perhaps your text has a page with specs. in which the angles are mentioned explicitly.

This is typical example of what can happen when changing a sentence with word processing. One forgets to delete all of the previous bits.

tilt angle

Explanation:
"...tiltable docking cradle that holds the M1300 Tablet PC. It tilts a full 90 degrees to allow you to have it flat (parallel to a desk or table) or up to 90 degrees perpendicular to a flat surface. I found it to be a bit difficult to use a pen on the screen at the full 90-degree angle, but it's quite usable at 45-75 degrees. Nevertheless, having the full 90-degrees is useful for displaying presentations or if using the keyboard for input instead of the pen.

In addition to the ***tilt angle***,.."

Therefore, is Aufstellwinkel how you set it up for e.g. presentations and Neigungswinkel how you can work with it best, i.e. personal preferences. Tilt as such would cover both in my opinion ...

Explanation:
Perhaps? Doesn't get many Google hits though. And I'm wondering whether it's just a mistake. It looks a bit like somebody realised there were too many "Aufstells-" and so changed the last one to "Neigungs-" but forgot to delete the "Aufstell".
